More recently, they have branched out into spirits and ready-to-drink cocktails. They currently have 4 gins in their lineup: the Artisanal Dry Gin, Lavender & Juniper Gin, Rhubarb & Hibiscus Gin, and Plum & Blackthorn Gin. The Lavender & Juniper Gin expression is bottled at 87 proof and features a distinctly floral, citrusy, and nutty profile, owing to its unique blend of botanicals which include juniper, coriander, lavender, heather, camomile, almond, orris, and bergamot oil. It’s a deep blue color that changes into pink when tonic or lemon is added. The bottle features artwork by Philadelphia-based artist and muralist Lawren Alice.

Founded in 2013 by Bob Russell and Matt Johnston, Collective Arts Brewing is a Canadian grassroots craft brewery that is based in Hamilton, Ontario. Its aim is to bring together the world of craft beverages and talented artists from around the globe ― a venture that has blossomed into more than 700 collaborations to date. The premise is built upon mutual inspiration, where the art inspires the beer and vice versa, celebrating diversity, equality, mutual respect, and cooperation. About Gin
