About David’s Harp Citron Vodka
Their Handcrafted lemon flavor infused vodka is a clear, high-strength alcoholic beverage made from two base ingredients; ethanol and water. The purity of these ingredients are essentially one of the main factors that determine the mouthfeel and flavor of the kosher finished product.
Distilled from 100% fresh pressed New York apples and carefully blended with natural lemon flavor. The vodka is distinct from most Passover spirits which are made from molasses, giving it quite the unique flavor profile.
