About Pa’lante Habanero Rum
Pa’lante Habanero Rum is a flavored rum that is crafted at the Rones de México distillery. It starts with a blend of pot and column still rum, the first distilled from sugarcane juice, the second from molasses. After they are blended, they are aged in ex-bourbon casks. Then, the blend gets an infusion of chocolate habanero chili peppers, known to be more potent than their regular counterparts. Sweet orange peel is added as well, both ingredients sourced from nearby Chiapan farms. The 5-year-old expression is bottled at 70 proof and features a delicious balance of spicy, sweet, smoky, and citrusy notes.

About Rum
